Is ChikiPay really free?
Yes. Logging eggs, the fridge calendar, the current month's cost per pack, the hen list, reminders and sharing with up to 3 people are free forever. A one-time $9.99 purchase, the Golden Egg, adds unlimited household members, full money history with savings to date and break-even date, per-hen stats, and hats for Chiki. There are no subscriptions and no ads.
Do I need an account?
No. The app starts working the moment you open it. You can link a Google account later if you want a backup you can restore on a new phone, but nothing requires it.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Every tap is saved on your phone first and syncs to the rest of the household whenever there is a connection. Two people logging offline on the same day never overwrite each other because each log is its own record.
How does sharing work?
One person starts the flock and shows a QR code or a 6-character code. Anyone in the house scans it and sees the same count. The free plan covers three members, which fits most households; the Golden Egg removes the limit.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. ChikiPay is on Android for now, and iOS may follow.

Sí. The app follows your phone’s language and ships in English and Spanish. This website is English-only for now.
What about streaks and goals?
There are none on purpose. Hens slow down in winter and during molt, and a tracker that nags you about it is not fun. ChikiPay sends one gentle evening reminder, only if nobody in the house has logged that day.
